1. 訂購要求
**1.1** 請至少提前三天（72小時）下單。

2. 天氣警告
**2.1** 如果發出黑色暴雨警告信號/8號或以上的強風或風暴信號，公司將暫停送餐服務，並會儘快聯
絡客戶安排重新訂餐（限於6個月內）。
**2.1** If there is a black rainstorm warning signal/No. 8 or above strong wind or storm signal, the company will suspend the delivery service, and we will contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange a rescheduling (limited to 6 months).
3. 訂單變更
**3.1** 如需更改訂單內容或日期，請至少在到達日期前4個工作日通知公司。
**3.1** If you want to change the content or date of the order, please notify the company at least 4 working days before the date of arrival.
**3.2** 如果您已支付費用，可以在3個月內保留訂餐。如果逾期，則將失效。
**3.2** If you have paid the fee, you can keep it for 3 months for ordering meals. If it is overdue, it will be invalid.
4. 付款條款
**4.1** 訂單需要全額付款才能正式確認。
