Catering order is fulfilled and delivered by our beefcake directly.<br \/>\nASOK\u63d0\u4f9b\u731b\u7537\u5230\u6703\u5916\u9001\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u8a02\u8cfc\u9910\u98f2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The order of Beefcake Catering available on the platform of ASOK is subject to the following terms and conditions:<br \/>\nASOK\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u731b\u7537\u5230\u6703\u5916\u9001\u670d\u52d9\u8a02\u55ae\u53d7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u689d\u6b3e\u548c\u689d\u4ef6\u7d04\u675f\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION<br \/>\n\u9810\u8a02\u78ba\u8a8d<\/p>\n<p>1.1 You are required to confirm booking and number of Pax\/Person at least 5 working days prior to the event date.<br \/>\n\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u5230\u6703\u65e5\u671f\u524d\u81f3\u5c11 5 \u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929\u78ba\u8a8d\u9810\u8a02\u548c\u4eba\u6578\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2. PAYMENT<br \/>\n\u4ed8\u6b3e<\/p>\n<p>2.1 You are required to make payment at least 5 working days prior to the event date. ASOK accepts payment by FPS, PayMe, credit cards, including Mastercard, AMEX and Visa.<br \/>\n\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u5230\u6703\u65e5\u671f\u524d\u81f3\u5c115\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002ASOK\u63a5\u53d7\u8f49\u6578\u5feb\ufe51PayMe\ufe51\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Mastercard\u3001AMEX \u53ca Visa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3. You acknowledge and agree that the content on the Platform is provided on an \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d basis, and that your use of or reliance upon the Platform and any content, goods, products or services accessed or obtained thereby is at your sole risk and discretion.<br \/>\n\u60a8\u627f\u8a8d\u4e26\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u662f\u5728\u300c\u65e2\u6709\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u73fe\u6709\u300d\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\uff0c\u60a8\u81ea\u884c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f7f\u7528\u6216\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5e73\u53f0\u4ee5\u53ca\u900f\u904e\u5e73\u53f0\u700f\u89bd\u6216\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u5546\u54c1\u3001\u7522\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u4e26\u81ea\u884c\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>b. Responsibility for the decisions you make regarding services and\/or products offered via the service rests solely with and on you. You expressly waive and release ASOK from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from your use of the service, or in any way related to the third parties<br \/>\nASOK\u4e0d\u6703\u4ecb\u5165\u60a8\u8207\u9001\u905e\u54e1\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u722d\u8b70\u6216\u722d\u8b70\u8ac7\u5224\u3002\u60a8\u5c0d\u7d93\u7531\u670d\u52d9\u53ca\/\u6216\u5e73\u53f0\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u53ca\/\u6216\u7522\u54c1\uff08\u53ca\u5176\u6240\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\uff09\u6240\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u5b8c\u5168\u7531\u60a8\u627f\u64d4\u3002 \u60a8\u660e\u78ba\u653e\u68c4\u4e26\u514d\u9664 ASOK \u56e0\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u670d\u52d9\u53ca\/\u6216\u5e73\u53f0\u6216\u4ee5\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\u8207\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff0c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u8cac\u4efb\u3001\u7d22\u8ce0\u3001\u8a34\u8a1f\u56e0\u7531\u6216\u640d\u5bb3\u8ce0\u511f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>4. ADVERSE WEATHER ARRANGEMENT<br \/>\n\u60e1\u52a3\u5929\u6c23\u5b89\u6392<\/p>\n<p>4.1 Beefcake Catering may be suspended if the typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted on the date of event. No refund will be entertained. You can choose to keep the order and postpone it within 60 days from the original order date.<br \/>\n\u5982 8 \u865f\u98b1\u98a8\u4fe1\u865f\u6216\u9ed1\u8272\u66b4\u96e8\u8b66\u544a\u4fe1\u865f\u65bc\u6d3b\u52d5\u7576\u65e5\u61f8\u639b\uff0c\u731b\u7537\u5230\u6703\u5916\u9001\u670d\u52d9\u6216\u6703\u66ab\u505c\u3002\u5df2\u4ed8\u91d1\u984d\u5c07\u4e0d\u7372\u9000\u56de\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u9078\u64c7\u4fdd\u7559\u8a02\u55ae\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u539f\u8a02\u55ae\u65e5\u671f\u8d77 60 \u5929\u5167\u9032\u884c\u5ef6\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>5.
