How to order
To place an order for our food catering services, please follow these steps:
- Email us at foodterminal@asokthaihk.com，提供您的姓名、電話號碼和活動詳情 或直接網站訂購。
- Mention any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Let us know if you need any additional services.
- Specify delivery or pickup details.

請提前不少於三天前（72小時）訂購，如急單請WHATSAPP我們查詢。 請注意*訂單需要在付款後才正式確認。
如訂購60人或以上到會服務，敬請提前不少於1星期工作天預訂。如特別節日例如聖誕節或新年的繁忙日子，建議提早至少10天前下單以便安排。
如遇黑色暴雨警告信號/八號或以上烈風或暴風信號，本公司將暫停送貨服務，我們將會盡快聯絡客戶安排改期 (限6個月內使用)。
To make any changes to the order details or delivery date, we kindly request that you notify us at least four working days in advance of the catering date. Please be aware that payments can be held for a period of three months for future orders, but if no future orders are made within that time frame, the payment will be considered void.
我們絕對明白每個派對或活動都有不同的人數及食物喜好，因此如有特別的菜式要求，可以透過WhatsApp或致電同我哋客戶服務員查詢。
We regularly update free delivery promotions, for details please refer to the website homepage or latest information. Ground delivery means delivery to the ground floor of a building/ residential area where vehicles can park. If the residential area/building can provide free vehicle entry or access to the platform, please notify us when ordering so that our drivers can deliver the food to you more efficiently! If delivery is required to remote areas, please contact us for more information and charges.
除特別大型的到會外, 所以訂單均需全數支付才正式確認。網站支援信用卡支付方式，方便快捷！如需其他付款方式, 請WhatsApp與我們客戶服務員聯絡。
