猛男到會外送服務條款及細則
ASOK Food Terminal (“ASOK”) offers beefcake catering service (“Beefcake Catering”) where you can order catering via our platform. Catering order is fulfilled and delivered by our beefcake directly.
ASOK提供猛男到會外送服務，您可以透過我們的平台訂購餐飲。
The order of Beefcake Catering available on the platform of ASOK is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
預訂確認
1.1 You are required to confirm booking and number of Pax/Person at least 5 working days prior to the event date.
必須在到會日期前至少 5 個工作天確認預訂和人數。
2. PAYMENT
付款
2.1 You are required to make payment at least 5 working days prior to the event date. ASOK accepts payment by FPS, PayMe, credit cards, including Mastercard, AMEX and Visa.
必須在到會日期前至少5個工作天付款。ASOK接受轉數快﹑PayMe﹑信用卡付款方式，包括 Mastercard、AMEX 及 Visa。
3. REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

3.1 Representations and warranties
聲明及保證
a. You acknowledge and agree that the content on the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and that your use of or reliance upon the Platform and any content, goods, products or services accessed or obtained thereby is at your sole risk and discretion.
您承認並同意，平台上的內容是在「既有」及「現有」的基礎上提供的，您自行決定使用或依賴平台以及透過平台瀏覽或獲得的任何內容、商品、產品或服務並自行承擔相應風險。
b. You accept and acknowledge the nature of the service content and confirm that any form of illegal or improper behavior are prohibited.
客戶需理解並接受服務內容的性質，並確認不可利用本服務進行任何形式的非法或不當行為。
c. ASOK will not be held responsible for any accidents, losses or damages arising from your participation in this service.
客戶就參加本服務而引起的任何意外﹑損失或傷害，ASOK不會承擔任何責任。
3.2 Limitation of liabilities

ASOK shall not be a party to any disputes or negotiations of disputes between you and delivery rider, or any third parties. Responsibility for the decisions you make regarding services and/or products offered via the service rests solely with and on you. You expressly waive and release ASOK from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from your use of the service, or in any way related to the third parties
ASOK不會介入您與送遞員或任何第三方之間的任何爭議或爭議談判。您對經由服務及/或平台提供的服務及/或產品（及其所有影響）所做出的決定的責任完全由您承擔。 您明確放棄並免除 ASOK 因您使用服務及/或平台或以任何方式與第三方，相關的任何及所有責任、索賠、訴訟因由或損害賠償。
4. ADVERSE WEATHER ARRANGEMENT
惡劣天氣安排
4.1 Beefcake Catering may be suspended if the typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted on the date of event. No refund will be entertained. You can choose to keep the order and postpone it within 60 days from the original order date.
如 8 號颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告信號於活動當日懸掛，猛男到會外送服務或會暫停。已付金額將不獲退回，您可以選擇保留訂單，並在原訂單日期起 60 天內進行延期。

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
取消及退款政策
6.1 Once the order is confirmed, please notify us 7 days in advance and a 50% handling fee will be charged for any postponement and cancellation.
訂單一經確認後，如需取消訂單或延遲訂單，請於 7 日前通知並將會收取 50%手續費。
6.2 If the order is cancelled less than 3 days before the date of the event, the amounts paid for any confirmed order shall non-refundable.
若客戶於到會日期前少於 3 日通知取消訂單，已付金額將不獲退回。
7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
管轄法律和爭議解決
7.1 These terms and conditions and any disputes or matters arising out of or in relation to hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
本條款及細則及由本條款及細則引起或與本條款及細則有關的任何爭議或事宜均受香港特別行政區法律管轄並依其解釋，且雙方同意接受香港特別行政區法院的專屬管轄權。
8. PREVAILING LANGUAGE
適用語言
8.1 These terms and conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into Chinese. In case of discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
本使用條款以英文撰寫，可能會被翻譯成中文。如本使用條款的英文版本和中文版本有任何歧義，概以英文版本為準。
9. AMENDMENTS
修訂
9.1 ASOK reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions above with or without prior notice.
ASOK保留隨時更改上述猛男外送服務條款及細則而不作另行通知。
